Additional Time

• $100 per additional hour
• Setup & Arrival
• Arrival approximately 1 hour before service
• All outdoor setups require overhead coverage (roof, tent, or shelter) and a level surface.
• Setup is as quietly as possible if event is in progress
• Booth placement is intentional for optimal photo quality and will be positioned no more than 5 ft from the backdrop

Payment

• Remaining balance due the week of the event or upon arrival before setup begins.

Important Notes

• Unlimited sessions = unlimited visits
• One print per guest, per session (one 2×6 print per guest, max 6 prints per session)
• Additional prints during or outside rental time are not included

Delivery & Fees

• $25 flat rate for 16–25 miles
• $50 flat rate for 26-35 miles
