Setup & Arrival

  • Arrival 1–2 hours before service
  • Quiet, respectful setup if event is in progress
  • All outdoor setups require overhead coverage (roof, tent, or shelter) and a level surface.

Payment

  • Remaining balance due the week of the event, no later than one day before the event. Payment plans are not available.
